Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.

Comments:

I carried these beads up until a couple years ago.  At that time I was using the supplier's picture.  For reasons I don't understand, my picture looks pretty poor, so I am posting the supplier's picture also.  These beads were always very popular.
