Defects:

I noticed some pits and cracks in the beads in the picture before I reduced it.  They are hard to see, so I have not reduced the price.  Please note that fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets, although the acid bath that they draw the beads through to make them matte sometimes eliminates small defects.

Comments:

I like these beads quite a lot.  The new batch that I got in August, 2015 appear to be a more intense red than the old batch.  However, there's a chance that they may be the same.  I am using slightly different lights now than I used in 2008, when I first got them, and my monitor uses a different technology, so the colors aren't quite the same.
