As I say above, I don't know if the coating is real silver or not. I assume that the coating is fired onto the bead, but I don't know if that is the case. I have never known any of the metallic Czech beads to lose their coatings. When I restocked these beads in Apri, 2013, my normal formula resulted in a higher price, so I believe that the supplier has raised its price, though I can't be sure without going through the old orders. (My price went up just 30 cents.) |
