For years I have lamented the fact that all Czech purples seem to be grayish, and these beads are no exception. However, the actual beads are slightly more colorful than my picture indicates. Also, my picture seems to show that the beads are slightly multicolored; but when I look at the beads, they look like a sold opaque grayish-purple to me. However, under the magnifying glass, they do appear to be a little multicolored.
