Translucent capri blue glass surrounding a core of white glass .

Hole size:

1mm to 1.5mm (estimated).

Defects:

Unfortunately, about 30% of the beads are cracked (in the blue layer) or have other defects that make them unacceptable.  The price has been reduced 30%.

Comments:

These beads, being Indian, have a rustic quality.  By rustic I mean that there are slight differences in size and shape from one bead to the next, and also some very minor defects (not including the defects mentioned above – minor defects include surface anomalies, small bubbles, small bits of dirt in the glass, etc.).  Personally, I like rustic beads and plan to buy more of them.
