All customers:  Buy $50 and get 10% off
U.S. customers:  You will also get free shipping if your total reaches $100
Canadian & Mexican customers:  You will also get free shipping if your total reaches $125
Other international customers:  You will also get free shipping if your total reaches $175

Note:  There are no discounts for auction sales because of the expense of auction fees.
