18mm Green/Lavender Polished Patterned Rectangle Beads [3] (see Defects)

Size/shape:

18mm long, 12mm wide, rectangles with polished 'windows' that have a pattern in them (4-5mm thick).

Colors/description:

Large swirls or stripes of opaque light green and opaque lavender, with a medium brown picasso coating around the edges and in the grooves which make up the pattern.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

I inspect all two-sided hand-polished beads before shipping and eliminate the defective ones.  However, I've noticed that the majority of these beads were too aggressively polished.  At least half of the beads are missing any pattern on about half of one side.  When the pattern has been polished off an entire side, I eliminate the bead; but I am not eliminating beads that have at least some of the pattern on both sides.
