These are Preciosa cut crystal beads, not fire-polished beads. These beads are the Czech equivalent of Swarovski beads. The facets on these beads are much more perfect than you will find on fire-polished beads. When I re-ordered the C025 beads, I got these beads, which are slightly different. They are slightly lighter, and the shade of amethyst is slightly different, so I gave them a new number. Please note that my picture is a little too light, making them appear slightly more "cheerful" than the beads actually are. It also helps to keep in mind that my photos are close-ups, and that close-ups reveal details that you may not be able to see with your eyes. Altogether I would say that my picture makes the beads appear slightly nicer than they are. |
