Under two daylight-balanced lamps. Note: Using lamps leaves two bright spots on each bead -- especially on round beads -- but that can't be helped. Also, the close-up shots may show defects that the human eye can't discern. |

I first carried these beads in 2007. When I reordered them a few years later, I decided my original pictures weren't accurate, so I set them aside and then forgot about them. I came across them just recently, and now I'm posting them again in 2016. I photographed the beads under very bright light. Under normal light, the turquoise color looks much richer and more saturated. Synthetically coated beads are known for losing their color over time; but I have had these beads for years, and the color looks just as intense as the day I bought them, so I don't think the color of these beads will fade. |
