The supplier calls this color "cinnamon", though actualy cinnamon is darker. It is an orangey-gold (that's the best description that I can come up with).

Defects: |
The coating on Czech pearls is fairly thin, and I don't know how durable it is. Some of the coating may be missing from around the holes of a few pearls, or there may be some roughness in the coating around the holes. Sometimes there are little sharp tags of coating sticking out from around the holes; the best way to remove them is with cuticle nippers. There may also be some anomalies in the coating, such as bumps, indentations or a bit of dirt. Because pearls are lustrous, defects generally aren't visible to the naked eye, but may be seen under a magnifying glass. |

Comments: |
These pearls are fairly pricey. Supplier "C" charges more for glass pearls than any other supplier that I use, but that supplier also has more interesting colors than the other suppliers. A year or two ago, this supplier raised the price on its pearls about 16%, and these pearls are now selling for a price that I refuse to pay. However, I managed to get them on sale. Even so, they were not cheap.
