Glass beads (either clear or white) with a synthetic turquoise speckled coating. In the picture, the speckles look black, but they are actually dark brown. I believe, though I am not certain, that the coating on these beads is fire-polished to make it hard. |

The beads in the picture are an older batch that had a slightly lighter color. The newer beads have a deeper, more intense color. I should take new pictures. The supplier's price was very high, so my price must be high also. However, in December, 2015 I decided that $4.00 for 50 of these beads was too high, and I lowered the price to $3.50. |
