Under daylight-balanced lamps. (As of December, 2014, I am using two daylight-balanced lamps to photograph the beads. The lamps cause two small, bright dots to appear on each bead.) |

These rondelles are a little larger than their nominal size, being about 4.5mm wide instead of the usual 4mm wide. The picture is not entirely accurate. The orange beads appear considerably darker than they are. In order to make the orange beads look lighter, I had to brighten the entire picture, which made the other beads look too lush and rich -- almost to the point of llooking brilliant. Try to imagine the orange beads being much lighter while the other beads look more muted. |
