Size/shape:  2mm (thick) x 6mm (wide) disk-shaped beads with the hole through the center.

Colors/description:  Translucent medium amethyst purple with a light, coppery luster coating.
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  The beads appear to be in good shape.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  I recently carried beads which I called 2x6mm amethyst iris rondelles.  When I reordered them, I got these.  The iris beads were darker and had a coating with purple and blue in it.  These beads have a more traditional gold-luster coating (although it looks more coppery to me than gold).  However, the coating is not very heavy, and that makes them look very different from the previous batch -- thus, you can see more of the color of the inner glass.  Because of the changed, I am posting these beads with a new number, and I'm counting them as a new style.
