Size/shape:  2mm (thick) x 4mm (wide) rondelles (tire-shaped beads) with the hole through the middle.

Colors/description:  The brown iris coating is a somewhat metallic brown with other colors mixed in, mainly purple and blue.  I say "somewhat metallic" because it doesn't look like real metal.
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  The beads appear to be in good shape.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  The word "iris" essentially means "multicolored", and is used to describe both light and dark Czech beads with a multicolored coating.  Of the dark iris colors (blue, green, brown, purple), green is my favorite; but brown is nice also.
