10mm Red/Black Tiger Round Beads [25]

Size/shape:  10mm round (spherical).

Colors/description:  A mixture of opaque red and black in "tiger" stripes, with a seam in the middle of each bead.
 
Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  An occasional bead will have a defect.  I noticed a couple beads with pits (where a bubble opened up on the surface), and at least one bead that was misshapen.  The magnifying glass revealed some beads with small cracks around the holes, but they aren't visible to the naked eye.  I also found a bead that had cracks throughout.  Even though the defects are probably less than 5%, I took 10% off the price.  Later:  As I've been working with the beads, I have also noticed that a few beads are mostly black.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:  Right out of the camera, the picture revealed a lot of white specks on the beads which I am pretty sure was dust.  When I look at the actual beads, they look neater and more richly colored than the picture indicates.  But then, I am looking at them now under my daylight-balanced lights at night, and the lights often make beads look better than they are.  I don't think you'll be disappointed in the quality.  If you are, I'll pay for the return shipping.
