These are Preciosa cut crystal beads, not fire-polished beads. These beads are the Czech equivalent of Swarovski beads. The facets of these beads are much more perfect than you will find on fire-polished beads. My camera made these beads look much too dark. The picture also makes them look like they have more than one shade of blue in the glass. In actuality, all the beads are as light as the lightest beads in the picture. (I can comfort myself with the fact that the supplier's picture was also inaccurate.) |
