Ivory white (very light yellowish beige). Each bead has a visible seam in the middle which is slightly darker than the rest of the bead. The seam is the result of the manufacturing process.

I haven't noticed any significant defects. However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets. |

When I first fixed up the picture, the beads looked light beige. I finally figured out that I had to shift the hue towards the yellow to make the color look correct. These beads are definitely ivory, not beige. I have carried lots of beige beads before, but never ivory. I like these beads. |
