5mm Mottled Brown Pinched Oval Beads [100]

Country of origin:  Czech Republic

Size/shape:  5mm 3-sided ovals with a ridge in the middle.

Colors/description:  Glass beads (probably white) with a mottled brown "picasso" coating.  On top of the mottled brown coating are some grayish green or blue spots, but they are almost impossible to see with the naked eye.

Hole size:  1mm (estimated).

Defects:  The beads appear to be in good shape.

How photographed:  At the window in natural daylight. 

Comments:  These beads have changed since I last posted them.  Originally, you could see a little white under the brown picasso coating.  The new batch is a darker brown, and you can't see any underlying white.  I used to call them "brown picasso", but I changed the name to "mottled brown", which I think is more accurate.

You'll notice that the scale of the new picture is larger than the old picture.  I am photographing small beads to a larger scale now so that you can see the details better.
