black beads with gray/olive speckles and streaks

Defects:

I looked over the beads and they appear to be in good shape.

Comments:

Picasso coatings are applied after the beads are made and I am pretty sure they are not fired onto the bead.  However, I've never seen any evidence of the coating coming off.  For some reason, the coating on black beads is always gray and olive green.
