Defects:

Matte beads always have some surface defects (mainly nicks and scratches), and I also noticed some beads with fissures in the glass.  I estimate the defects to be 10% or so, so I reduced the price by 10%.

Comments:

I carried sapphire matte beads before, but they were a lighter shade.  The shade of blue changes when the beads are viewed in artificial light.  Some matte beads have a grayish color on the surface, but these don't.
