Comments:

In bright light, the beads look more like a bright yellow than topaz.  In low light, the beads don't look bright at all.

Important:  The latest batch of these beads has a much more colorful picasso coating around the edges, with strong blues and olive greens in evidence, along with brown and beige.  I personally like the increased color.  However, many beads still have mostly a dark brown color.  In other words, the colors in the coating vary a great deal from bead to bead.
