Colors/description:

Glass beads (probably white) with a light green/blue coating and a mottled brownish-topaz coating on top of that.  These are luster beads, meaning that the finish is particularly shiny.  I don't know if the luster finish is a separate coat, or exactly how they achieve it.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape.

Comments:

The first batch of these beads was a little nicer than the second batch.  The green color was a bit stronger; there were more distinct blue/lavender areas on some beads; and the brownish-topaz mottling was more random and unpredictable.  It is always a shame when they don't remake a bead style as well as they did it the first time.  Even so, the second batch is still nice.

Please note that the beads are smaller than the picture indicates, and that the colors may appear more homogenous to the naked eye.
