Defects:

Many of these beads have windows polished at an angle, which makes them look lopsided.  I eliminate the most lopsided of the beads before shipping, but not all the beads you get will be perfectly shaped.  Please note that I will not be restocking these beads when my current stock runs out.

Comments:

Because there are so many light reflections in my picture above, I am including the supplier's picture here.  I'm not sure which one is better (or worse!).  If you enlarge the picture above by clicking on it, you will be able to look at many more of the beads and get an idea of what they look like.
