4mm cube-shaped (the beads are measured corner-to-corner, not hole-to-hole; that's a little trick the Czech producers use to make 4mm beads with less glass)

Colors/description:

Glass beads with a bronze-colored coating.  I don't know if the coating is actual bronze.

Defects:

There are no significant defects, although if you look extremely closely you might find some.  Very small beads always have some defects.

Comments:

I don't know if the surface is actually bronze, but it is probably some kind of metal coating.  Also, I don't know whether the coating is fused (i.e., fire-polished) onto the bead, so I don't know how durable it will be (though I haven't known it to ever come off).  The insides of the beads are probably clear glass.

About the picture:  The picture is a little old and not very good.  It isn't close-up enough, and it makes the beads appear darker than they are.  Here is the supplier's picture for comparison:
