Defects:

I am hand-picking the beads to make sure they are perfect.  However, 30% to 50% of the beads have one or two very faint horizontal lines in the white glass (the lines are light gray or off-white).  Many beads have no lines at all, but some have up to four lines, two on each side.  I am not counting the lines as defects.

For the sake of comparison, I am including the supplier's picture.  I think that my picture is more accurate, as the picasso edge is not so dark.

Comments:

These 14mm window beads are the best and the most expensive beads I have ever carried.  They are not fire-polished, and thus their windows are perfectly flat and smooth.  The quality is very high.
