Defects:

The beads are mostly perfect.  An occasional bead has an indentation or other surface anomaly, and undoubtedly a few of them are cracked.  Although I think the defects are less than 5%, I usually include a few extra when I am picking a lot.

Comments:

Unlike Czech luster coatings, which are satiny and subtle, the coating on these beads is shiny.  I find it appealing, however.  I believe that the coating is glass, not synthetic.  Important:  The latest shipment of these beads appears to be all pastel colors, with no dark colors.
