Defects:

About 10%-20% of the beads have minor defects – specifically, pits, scratches and lines.  However, the defects aren't apparent unless you examine the beads closely.

Comments:

I don't know why these beads are so much cheaper than the bronze version.  About the picture:  The picture is old and very poor.  When I first took that pictured about 4 years ago, I thought it was fine.  The fact that I now think it's lousy is a good example of how one's standards change.
