Bead
material: |
Glass |
|
Country of
origin: |
Czech Republic |
|
Size/shape: |
6mm round (spherical). |
|
Colors/description: |
A mixture of dark topaz (golden brown) and turquoise (opaque aqua) with a
mottled brown "picasso" coating. The coating makes the turquoise
look green. |
|
Hole size: |
1mm (estimated). |
|
Defects: |
The picture revealed that some beads have small fissures in the glass.
With the eyes, the fissures are hard to see. Also, the percentage of
defective beads appears to be under 10%. The likelihood is that you
won't notice the defects and you'll end up using all the beads, so I
haven't lowered the price. |
|
How photographed: |
At the window in natural daylight. |
|
Comments: |
I am calling these "brown/green" beads, but as the description shows, they
are more complex than that. They have a very earthy look which I
like. |
