Milky topaz (in this case, it looks like semi-translucent beige).

Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape, although angel-wing beads don't always have a uniform shape from one to the next.

Comments:

I have seen milky topaz beads which had a richer color than these beads.  These beads look very much like a deep beige.  A richer milky topaz would have more golden highlights.
