9mm ovals with 3 sides.  The sides are not facets; they are part of the mold.

Colors/description:

Translucent deep yellow with translucent fuchsia in loose clouds of color.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape.

How photographed:

At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:

These beads are incredibly intense.  The color is in the glass.  The other similar beads on the Yellow-Amber-Orange page (the ones called "fuchsia/lemon") are synthetically coated beads.  Those beads are pretty intense also, but these are amazing.  I have a theory about this color combination:  If the yellow glass were combined with red glass, then the red would combine with the yellow and look orange, and you'd have a less-intense bead.  However, the fuchsia – being more towards the violet end of the spectrum than red – ends up looking like a brilliant red.  I think it is very effective.
