7mm cube shaped.  These beads are actually 7mm from hole to hole, but about 5.5mm in the other dimensions.  The supplier calls them 8mm because they are 8mm from corner to corner.

Swirls of translucent bright orange and milky bright orange.

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape.

Comments:

My picture is not very good because the point-and-shoot camera that I use, as good as it is, doesn't photograph oranges and reds well.  Here is the supplier's picture, which shows the swirl pattern of the beads better:
