The beads appear to be in good shape, although straw lines and other imperfections are visible.

Comments:

Purple iris beads don't have very much purple in them.  In fact, I would say that the predominant color is a bronzy-brown.  Because these beads have some surface defects, I think they are best used in informal jewelry.
