Size/shape:

8mm (from end to end) teardrops with the hold through the small end.

Colors/description:

Glass beads (probably clear) with a dark bronze surface; I don't know if the surface is actual bronze.

Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape.  The picture revealed one bead with a spot on it, and there may be others, but probably not many.

How photographed:

At the window in natural daylight.

Comments:

The bronze coating on these beads is probably heat-sealed, so it should be durable.  In the years that I've been dealing with metallic-coated beads, I have never known the coating to come off of any of them.
