Defects:

The beads appear to be in good shape.  However, the red color is not consistent from one bead to the next.  Some beads are a darker, and some are lighter, and a few are almost clear with just a wisp of red in them.

Comments:

These beads are bright ruby red in daylight, but fairly dark in artificial light at night.  The supplier calls them "garnet", but they are much lighter than garnet beads usually are.
