12mm rectangles with hand-polished sides or "windows" and a matte finish around the edges.

Colors/description:

Opaque satiny reddish brown.

Defects:

I eliminate seriously defective beads before shipping.  However, some windows may be smaller than standard, and those beads are not eliminated.  I also eliminate beads with cracks, scratches, large pits, and partially polished windows.  However, I don't count very small pits or small nicks as defects, and sometimes I'll allow a scratch to pass through if it is very shallow and straight (i.e., not very noticeable).  If you receive any beads with serious defects, that means that I overlooked them and you should contact me for a partial refund.
