Defects:

Some beads have small pits in the surface, but the pits are generally too small to notice unless you are looking closely.  Such anomalies are common in glass beads.

Comments:

As of March 2008, I started getting these beads from a different supplier.  They look mostly the same to me, but it's possible that you might see a difference.
