Defects:

The original photograph revealed that many beads are cracked, so I reduced the price by one-third.  None of the beads appear to be broken, so it would seem that the cracks aren't causing the beads to break.  However, that's always a possibility with cracked beads.

Comments:

As stated above, the price was reduced by one-third due to cracks.  The cracks aren't visible to the naked eye, but the camera revealed them.
