|
Cost per bead: |
8.2 cents |
|
Bead
material: |
Glass |
|
Country of
origin: |
Czech Republic |
|
Size/shape: |
8mm (long) pyramid-shaped beads (about 8mm wide at the base) with the hole
running through the center. |
|
Colors/description: |
Translucent teal (greenish aqua). |
|
Hole size: |
1mm (estimated). |
|
Defects: |
The beads appear to be in good shape,
although an occasional bead may have a problem. One bead shown in the picture above has dirt in the glass. |
|
How photographed: |
In the light tent under studio lights.
This method always makes the beads look dull. |
|
Comments: |
These beads are much shinier than the
picture indicates. Note: For
a very long time I had these beads marked as 10mm. The supplier said they
were 10mm, and I accepted that number without measuring them myself. It
turns out that the supplier was measuring the base of the beads corner to
corner (a dishonest way of measuring them). |
