Size/shape:

6mm (from hole to hole) x 9mm (wide) rondels with 4 facets around the outer edge.  A rondel is any round bead which is wider than it is long.

Colors/description:

Opaque yellow with a gray/brown picasso coating on the non-faceted parts.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

The yellow glass has some dark spots in it.  I don't know if the spots are dirt or if they are supposed to be there, but I'm not counting them as defects.  When I first posted the beads, I did count them as defects; but as I handled the beads, I didn't even notice them.  Picasso coatings have a mottled appearance anyway, so any spots in the glass just blend in.  Some beads do have small pits, so I have reduced the price a little.  Of course, these are fire-polished beads, so not all of the facets are perfect.

These are very unusual beads.  I have never seen a gray-brown picasso coating like this before.  Also, I have never seen 4-cut beads before, either round or rondel.  These beads were very expensive, which accounts for their high price.
