Colors/description:

Translucent light "prairie" green with a silvery AB (aurora borealis) coating on part of each bead.  Prairie green is sometimes called bottle green; it is a green without much yellow in it.  However, see my comments below.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  To read about the fire-polishing process, click here.

Comments:

The prairie green in these beads is more yellowish than usual.  AB coatings work well on blue, green and aqua beads.  AB coatings are supposed to reflect a rainbow of colors, but mostly they just look silvery.
