Clear beads with an orange coating on part of each bead, and a bluish-purple coating on part of each bead.  The coatings are synthetic.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  To read about the fire-polishing process, click here.

Comments:

My supplier carries a lot of dual-colored coated beads.  This combination of colors seemed nice.  The picture shows the orange to be a little darker than it is, and the purple to be a little lighter than it is.  In my opinion, the actual beads are a little nicer than the picture makes them look.
