Colors/description:

Clear beads with a fuchsia/gold coating on part of each bead.  There is also a little blue in the beads, but I can't tell if the blue is in the glass or a coating (the blue is barely visible).

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  To read about the fire-polishing process, click here.

Comments:

As stated above, the coating on these beads is a mixture of two colors.  I see fuchsia, but the supplier calls it amethyst.  The color sometimes looks crimson red to me.
