Translucent topaz with a "marea" coating on part of each bead.  Marea coatings are silvery yellow and gold.

Hole size:

1mm (estimated).

Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  To read about the fire-polishing process, click here.

Comments:

These beads are total eye candy.  They are incredibly bright.  However, the marea coating makes defects in the facets more visible.
