Colors/description:

Glass beads (probably clear) with a bronze-colored coating which, I believe, is fired onto the bead for durability.  I don't know if the coating is actually made of bronze.

Defects:

I haven't noticed any significant defects.  However, fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  To read about the fire-polishing process, click here.

Comments:

When I took the picture, I didn't notice that the light was hitting the facets directly, creating some intense light reflections.
