Item no.:

F261

Bead material:

glass

Country of origin:

Czech Republic

Size/shape:

8mm octogonal "cathedral" faceted beads; the ends are molded

Colors/description:

aqua with bronze coating over the molded ends

Defects:

The facets look fairly clean for fire-polished beads, but at least one facet on each bead has imperfections.

Comments:

(1) There is another style of beads which is more commonly called "cathedral" beads, but I consider these to be cathedral beads also; I don't care for the other style very much.  (2) My picture captures the appearance of these beads fairly accurately when they are in good light; in dim light, they are much darker.  You'll notice that even in good light the bronze ends aren't very bright.  (3) These beads are quite expensive, as expensive as window beads, which is why I am selling them in lots of 25.
