Defects:

Fire-polished beads always have some imperfect facets.  Also, small faceted beads can vary in somewhat in size.

Comments:

The picture above may be a little too dark, and the red a little too intense.  Under my lamplight, they look lighter.  For comparison, here is the supplier's picture:
